Distance Reiki Treatment – One Hour

Distance Reiki can be thought of like a “passive meditation.”  You need not apply any effort, as Reiki Energy is sent to you for your highest good. After scheduling your Session, you will receive an optional intake form to support your process, as well as an email with some guidance, also found here. For your Session, you will be invited to simply find a comfortable position sitting or lying down, awake or asleep. You need not do anything but be open to receiving Reiki Energy for balancing your body, mind, and spirit. After 60 minutes, your session will be complete. Benefit may be evident right away or show up as clarity, emotion, insight, or experience, supporting your healing, purpose, and realization in the upcoming days.
